Good morning.

The different seasons of the year bring with them differing ailments and sicknesses. When Christ died on the cross He died to make us whole, in every sense of the word. That includes our healing.

Peter reminds us that “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”

(1 Peter 2:24)

The healing that is found in Christ heals us physically and spiritually. He also brings emotional healing.

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." (Psalms 147:3)

When we are sick we should follow James says: "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord." (James 5:14)

It is important for us to fix our eyes on Jesus, our Healer.

"Father, we bring all those who are sick to you today. May they experience the healing that has come through the death of Your Son on the cross. May Your will be done here on earth, as it is in heaven. Amen."

Have a blessed day. Keep warm, safe and well.

Blessings.

Mike and Daphne

Good morning. David writing in Psalm 43:5 asks, "Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me?" He then gives us good advice, "Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior
