Good morning.

One of the things that struck us when we were allowed to gather as a church, after the first hard lockdown, was the number of older folk who came to the meetings. For them (us) it was was an opportunity to gather with friends and the church family to worship God together.

In Ephesians 5 from verse 21 Paul writes about how we as followers of Christ should behave. Having explained this, he says, "This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church."

(Ephesians 5:32)

Over the past few days we have been encouraged to count our blessings and give thanks for them.

Will you join us today as we give thanks for the church, both universal and local. We are so thankful for our church - that is you who make up our local church. We have the privilege of worshipping the risen Saviour there with friends who have become family to us.

God bless each one of you.

Blessings.

Mike and Daphne
