Good morning.
When we quieten ourselves down and escape the hype of the news that we are fed on TV and radio, we are able to refocus on what really counts. It is then that we catch a glimpse of the goodness of God.
Try and picture how David was feeling when he wrote "Lord , our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens." (Psalm 8:1) There is no question that He was immersed in God's splendour.
David continues, "When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?"
(Psalm 8:3-4)
When we are in God's presence, the words of the song we sing say it all.
"When I Gaze Into Your Holiness
When I Look Into Your Loveliness
When All Things That Surround Become
Shadows In Light Of You"
"When I Find The Joy Of Reaching Your Heart
When My Will Is Enthroned In Your Love
When All Things That Surround Become
Shadows In Light Of You"
"I Worship You
I Worship You
The Reason I Live, Is To Worship You."
Enjoy being with Him today.
Blessings.
Mike and Daphne
