Good morning.
I remember the time in my (Mike) teenage years when our youth group was involved in an interprovincial Bible quiz. When it was my turn to answer a question, the group I was representing started chanting "Mike. Mike. Mike." It was nerve-racking but spurred me on.
God was chanting your name, in a manner of speaking, when He sent His Son to die so that you can have eternal life.
It is as though all of heaven is chanting for you, in view of God’s mercy, to go all out for Him when Paul writes, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship." (Romans 12:1)
He is still chanting your name, today, when He says, "let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)
Remember that as we "go" for Him, He has given us a helper - Holy Spirit - who us with us wherever we are.
Have a super day. Go for it!
Blessings.
Mike and Daphne
