Good morning and welcome to spring.

Yesterday while I, Mike, was relaxing, I was reflecting on God's goodness towards us. My mind went to what me friend, Paul, had to say to the church at Ephesus.

"But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus." (Ephesians 2:4‭-‬7)

It struck me that my salvation and position in Christ is not about me but about Him. Paul says that what God has done for us as followers of Christ is "in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus."

So does this mean we sit back and do nothing? No. No! Our part in all this is "to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10)

"For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus " (Ephesians 2:10)

Have a great day showing off His grace and kindness.

Blessings.

Mike and Daphne

Good morning. David writing in Psalm 43:5 asks, "Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me?" He then gives us good advice, "Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior
