Good morning yo you on this, the 1st anniversary of the 1st confirmed case of Covid 19 in South Africa.
That aside, we are looking forward to joining with other believers in worshipping our awesome God. Often we experience the glory of God in our corporate times of worship.
Peter, James and John caught a glimpse of the glory of God when Jesus was transfigured. When God reveals His glory in our times of worship, it's like we are encircled within His presence.
My (Mike) friend Paul reminds us that being in the presence of God leads to our transformation. "And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." (2 Corinthians 3:18)
God's glory, His presence, should bring more than a feeling of a wonderful worship. His presence should lead to us becoming more like Him. When that happens we begin to experience personal revival resulting in us desiring more of Him. That is why people cry out, "More, Lord."
This coming Sunday come join us as we worship together on-site at 145 Glover.
Have a good day.
Blessings.
Mike and Daphne
