Good morning.
Being a witness for Christ takes courage in this world which demands political correctness. The world cries out when anyone dares to take a stand for Christ by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.
Jesus had this to say to His disciples:
“But before all this, they will seize you and persecute you. They will hand you over to synagogues and put you in prison, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. And so you will bear testimony to me. Stand firm, and you will win life." (Luke 21:12-13, 19)
Jesus could have been talking to us in this day and age.
In Deuteronomy 31:6 God says: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
When we courageously witness for Christ, our Lord and Saviour, stand firm for He is with us.
