Good morning.
A key factor in Jesus' ministry while on earth was the relationship that existed between Him and the Father, His total dependence on the Father.
Jesus said, “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed." (John 5:19-20)
The relationship between the Son and the Father was foundational. It was out of this love relationship that the Father could reveal to the Son what He was doing.
The Father desires this same love relationship with us. He has given Holy Spirit to indwell us and to reveal the Father's ways to us.
"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." (John 14:26)
"But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come."
(John 16:13)
Will you, with us, determine to develop a deeper, intimate relationship with the Father?
God bless you.
