Good morning.
At some point in our lives, we’ll go through some kind of ailment that drives us to ask God to heal us. Right now we are living through a pandemic and we are reminded on a daily basis just how fragile life is.
At times our thoughts run riot with us, don’t they? No matter how hard we try, it seems that our thoughts manage us instead of us managing them. It is important to find a way to gain some control over our thoughts, because our thoughts determine what we say and do. We can hang on to the hope we find in Scripture.
Let’s allow God’s Word to permeate our minds so that we can live in victory.
"We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ."
(2 Corinthians 10:5)
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." (Romans 12:2)
