Good morning.

God's Word us full of assurance and encouragement. There Bible repeats "Fear not/do not be affraid" 365 times. That's amazing - one for each day of the year. It would seem that God wants us to take note.

When we take our eyes off of our problems, when we stop playing "what if" games, and focus on God, we will begin to experience the peace He has promised us. His peace is mind boggling. It really passes understanding.

Often the path to experiencing what God has in store for us is counter-intuitive.

“Now then, stand still and see this great thing the Lord is about to do before your eyes! (1 Samuel 12:16)

Stand still and let God! There is a lot of truth in the saying, "Let go and let God!" The key to doing this is trust. The words of the refrain of the hymn "Trust and Obey" written by John H. Sammis says it all.

"Trust and obey, for there's no other way

to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey."

Will you join us in standing still and seeing this great thing the Lord is about to do before your eyes?

Let's go for it.

Blessings.

Mike and Daphne

Good morning. David writing in Psalm 43:5 asks, "Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me?" He then gives us good advice, "Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior
