Good morning.
One-day Jesus was walking down the road with His disciples. Blind Bartimaeus was begging next to the road. When he heard Jesus was passing by, he cried out "Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me!"
Jesus response to Bartimaeus is the same as it is to you today: "What do you want me to do for you?" We can bring our needs to the One who asks, "What do you want me to do for you?"
This same Jesus says to us, “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! (Matthew 7:9-11)
You are chosen by God. You are His masterpiece. You are precious. "I will make you like my signet ring, for I have chosen you,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”
(Haggai 2:23)
No matter where you find yourself; no matter your circumstances God is asking, "What do you want me to do for you?" Speak to Him. He is a miracle working God.
Blessings.
