Good morning.
One of the Afrikaans channels on TV has the slogan "Mense vol lewe". (People full of life)
Yesterday we were reminded that the most powerful person is one who is born again.
Followers of Christ are "People of Power".
Jesus said, "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." (John 14:12)
Oh, that we would fully grasp the power that is at our disposal. Mike's friend Paul prays, "that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms..."
(Ephesians 1:18-20)
"And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you." (Romans 8:11)
Let us walk in this power and live up to the reality that we are "People of Power". Our very presence at work could (should) have an impact on someone's life.
Have a power-filled day.
Blessings.
Mike and Daphne
