Good morning.

We may feel as if we are not good enough for anyone or anything. Our lack of accomplishments, abilities, or money may leave us feeling insignificant. Despite our inadequacy, insufficiency, sin, and brokenness, God loves us and accepts us as we are.

Jesus on the cross is proof of His love for us. He gave everything of Himself to compensate for everything that we are not. When we meet with Jesus just as we are, He fills in all of our insufficiencies with His value and worth.

Paul, writing of his struggles said, "But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

(2 Corinthians 12:9-10)

Don’t disqualify yourself. Jesus has already qualified you. Because of Him, you are more than enough. He calls us His children.

Today, focus on who we are in Christ who presents us faultless in the Father's presence, with great joy.

Blessings.

Mike and Daphne
