Good morning.

We serve a great, big and a wonderful God. He is greater and more powerful than any of the challenges we face. The amazing thing is this. No matter what we are going through, He is with us; His spirit will not leave us. "My Spirit, who is on you, will not depart from you." (Isaiah 59:21)

With this in mind we are faced with a choice - to continue focusing on our circumstances or to respond to Him with praise and worship.

Isaiah tells us what our response should be. "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you."

(Isaiah 60:1‭-‬2)

But the Lord rises! Oh, yes! He is greater than anything we can face. There is no limit to His knowledge and His understanding. Nothing is too difficult for Him. In His greatness He is still interested in every detail of our lives.

As we go into the new week we can confidently trust Him to do what is best for us.

"Great is OUR Lord and mighty in power; His understanding has no limit." (Psalm 147:5)

Good morning. David writing in Psalm 43:5 asks, "Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me?" He then gives us good advice, "Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior
