Plan for a visit, when should I arrive, what are my options for childcare, where should I park, what should I wear, where should I go, what happens in our meetings, safety measures in Covid-19. PLAN FOR A VISIT When should I arrive? We have two Sunday meetings - 08:00 to 09:00 or from 09:30 to 11:00, we invite you to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with us at 09:00, with our homemade rusks. Where should I park? The parking in front of the thatch building is reserved for the disabled, families with small children and the elderly. Other than that, there is plenty of parking onsite. Where should I go? Our meetings are held at 145 Glover Avenue, Centurion (click here for map ). Church meetings are in the thatch building and kids meet in the Cafe next door. Our coffee times happen in the Courtyard between the two buildings. Every Sunday morning, volunteers will be standing by to help guide you. What happens in our meetings? Every Sunday, we sing songs together, we pray both privately and together, we hear the Bible preached. We regularly break bread together. What are my options for childcare? We are passionate about communicating the life of Jesus in age-appropriate ways. Thus, we provide All Star Kids for children age 3 years through to Grade 7 at our Sunday meetings. If you have a child with special needs, please email our All Star Kids Leader and let us know how we can serve you! What should I wear? Our Sunday meetings are casual and welcoming. We're a church for people from all walks of life. Please wear whatever is most comfortable for you.

ABOUT | Gauteng | Grace Cov Church Our story about us Who is Grace Cov Church? We are a vibrant, colourful, diverse, dedicated, growing church of friends who are: passionate about God, committed to each other, excited by His call to go to our neighbourhoods and the nations, who desire to love, challenge and change our world. We want to do life together, enjoy the journey and make a difference in Centurion and beyond. Life has got to be about more than just fighting the traffic daily and paying the bills. We want to live lives that count, with people who matter to us, serving a God who loves us. Our Story In November 1996, Mike and Daphne Cowie felt God was calling them to plant a church in Lyttelton, Centurion. During January 1997 a team of like-minded people began to connect with Mike and Daphne weekly to pray for the new church. The church was officially planted in February 1997 and met in various locations in Lyttelton until the church members were able to purchase land and build a building at our current premises at 145 Glover Avenue, Centurion. The first meeting held in our own building was on the 19th December 2004. Since then more buildings, play areas and car parks have been added, making this a warm and family friendly place to meet. Mike and Daphne handed over the leadership of Grace Cov Church to Craig and Colette Meyer in February 2011 and they led the church for over 13 years. In October 2024, they moved to Paris, France to join La Cité Church and work together with NCMI into Europe. Craig and Colette transitioned the leadership of Grace Cov Church to Ian and Leeann Oliver. We partner with a group of churches around the world, led by New Covenant Ministries International (NCMI). We exist to know Jesus Christ and make Him known The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16). Counselling We offer safe and and confidential Christian counselling to anyone in need, both within the church as well as in the broader community. Our counsellors work within their skills to assist you to work through any life issues you may be facing. We are a donation-based service to the community [where people can afford]. Believe and be baptised! Tell me more! Mission Trips We believe in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19), taking the gospel to others as well as encouraging church plants. We have different trips that church members can be part of. Who we are must affect the nations and the nations must affect who we are. “My house will be a house of prayer for all nations.” Matthew 21:12 Tell me more!

We offer safe and confidential Christian counselling to anyone in need, both within the church as well as in the broader community. ​Our Christian counsellors are volunteers trained in Christian counselling [they are not psychologists]. For this reason, they cannot counsel within the scope of any mental health diagnoses/addictions/major depression/legal issues. WE LOVE TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY! One of the ways we do this is by offering counselling and other community services. We offer safe and confidential Christian counselling to anyone in need, both within the church as well as in the broader community. OUR COUNSELLORS Our Christian counsellors are volunteers trained in Christian counselling [they are not psychologists] . For this reason, they cannot counsel within the scope of any mental health diagnoses/addictions/major depression/legal issues. Our counsellors work within their skills to assist you to work through any life issues you may be facing. If they feel you need further assistance, they will recommend a referral. They bring joy and life to the congregation, and they help adults understand the love of the Father and the meaning of childlike faith. All Star Kids is passionate about partnering with families to raise kids who love and trust Jesus. Our dedicated team ensures that children are cared for and taught simple, biblical truth in a safe, loving environment. Ages 3 to Grade 7 For security reasons we ask that parents please check their kids into All Star Kids. Registration is open 15 minutes before and after the start of the meeting. Babies and Toddlers Because we believe children benefit greatly from seeing their parents engage with God and His people, we encourage parents to bring babies and toddlers to join us in the main hall. Grace Cov is a family of families, and we don’t expect perfectly behaved children! If your child is being disruptive, please don’t be embarrassed. If you're child is distracting others, we do have a Mother's Room as well as an outside area which is linked for sound. Toddlers are welcome at All Star Kids when accompanied by a parent or sibling older than 13.
